1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Endpoint7, trading under KvK number 96919485, based in the Netherlands. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Endpoint7 provides custom software development, AI-powered workflow automation, and related consulting services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during a project is transferred to the client upon full payment. Endpoint7 retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
4. Liability
Endpoint7 is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project in question.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
